Weather (especially Florida) can be unpredictable. I closely monitor conditions leading up to your session. If severe weather is expected (thunderstorms, lightning, heavy rain, etc.), I typically make a final decision about one hour before your scheduled start time. If we need to reschedule, we'll work together to find a new date that works for both of us, and your retainer will automatically transfer to the new date.

A signed contract and a 20% retainer (or full payment) are required to officially secure your date. I recommend booking at least 2–8 weeks in advance whenever possible.

If you need to cancel your session for any reason, please notify me at least three days before your scheduled date. Cancellations made three or more days in advance will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within three days of the session are non-refundable.

If your package includes multiple locations, travel time between locations is built into your session timeline. To ensure we maximize shooting time, all selected locations should be within approximately 10–20 minutes of one another.

For lifestyle sessions, I primarily serve Tallahassee and the 30A area. As a full-time student, I'm based in Tallahassee for most of the year, so if you're interested in booking a session along 30A or in the surrounding areas, I recommend reaching out 2 weeks to 1 month before your desired date so I can best accommodate your request.

When it comes to weddings, that's a different story! I'm always willing to travel for weddings, whether they're in Florida or beyond, provided the date works with my availability and academic schedule. I genuinely love traveling and exploring new places, so destination weddings are always something I'm excited to be a part of.

Once everything is finalized, I'll send over your contract and invoice. After the contract is signed and the retainer is paid, your date is officially reserved.

From there, I'll stay in touch leading up to your session so you always know what to expect.

DO YOU HAVE AN INDOOR STUDIO?

Not currently—but that doesn't mean we can't create the studio session you're envisioning.

Many local studios offer hourly rentals, typically ranging from $50–$75 per hour. If you'd like an indoor session, I'll help find and reserve a studio that fits your needs. In place of the standard retainer, you'll simply pay the studio reservation fee to secure your booking.
